Without volunteers to partcipate on our various committees, the society would have a difficult time providing quality meetings and events and have a hard time fullfiling its obligation of providing professional education opportunities. Activities/Program Committee is responsible for coordinating arrangements for all Society meetings and programs.
Education Committee is responsible for coordinating all Society education activities. This includes the application and conducting of the scholarship program.
Membership Committee is responsible for promoting membership in the Society, and for coordinating the recognition of new designees.
Technology/Communication Committee is responsible for coordinating all society communications, such as news letters, publicity of events as well as promotion of society activities and serves as a liaison between the society, other societies and LOMA. The Technology/Communication Committee is also responsible for coordinating, reviewing and recommending all technological aspects of the operations of the Society. This includes databases, websites, technical equipment, etc
